To find the product(s) you are looking for and/or that are most likely to meet your requirements, first go to Our products or you can message us or send anemail. Go to page our products in the top menu, to view all available products at the same time and make multiple purchases quickly and easily you can use the “Categories” menu on the left-hand menu, to view individual product ranges.

Yes, we post and dropship all of our health foods and supplements to most world-wide destinations.

As we do not have minimum order quantities, we do not provide product samples. If you wish to trial the products, you can purchase one pot of each. What is the minimum order amount / minimum number of pots I need to order? We do not have a minimum order requirement. You can order 1 pot or 1000 pots.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their associated prices.

The order could be shipped the same day, if placed before 6am. However, an order is normally shipped the next business day (depending on when the order is placed, size of order etc).

If, despite our rigorous quality assurance and dispatch checking procedures, you feel that you
have received the wrong product(s), please contact us as soon as possible and within 72 hours of
receiving the product(s) in any event.

We accept no liability for lost / undelivered orders, as we will have fulfilled our obligation of
shipping the order to you / your customer via the method you have selected on the shopping cart.
We will supply you with the relevant Proof Of Postage information and you will need to make
the claim direct from the carrier.
If the parcel is returned to us for whatever reason (for instance, it may not have been collected by
the customer from the post office, an incorrect postcode or delivery address may have been used,
or the item may have been refused by the customer or returned by the customer) we will let you
know.
If you return a Product to us un-opened and in the same condition as when it was sent out to you,
a full refund will be given when the goods have been received, less the shipping costs and any
other costs incurred due to the return – refer to clause 5.3 above. Nothing within these provisions
shall affect your statutory rights.
